This guarantee covers manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, excluding wear and tear.

Terms and Conditions of Guarantee:

Coverage: The Manufacturing Guarantee applies to products manufactured by Albion Extrusions and is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. It covers any defects arising from the manufacturing process.

Exclusions: This guarantee specifically excludes damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, negligence, accidents, modifications, unauthorised repairs, or any other circumstances not directly related to manufacturing defects.

Claims Process: In the event that a manufacturing defect is identified within the guarantee period, the customer must notify Albion Extrusions in writing within a reasonable time. The notice should include a detailed description of the defect and any supporting evidence (e.g., photographs). Albion Extrusions will review the claim and, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product.

Repair or Replacement: Albion Extrusions will endeavour to repair or replace the defective product, or the affected component, with an equivalent or similar item, subject to the availability of materials. If repair or replacement is not feasible, Albion Extrusions reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative or refund the original purchase price.

Limitations: This Manufacturing Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It is applicable to products used under normal conditions and within the specified guidelines provided by Albion Extrusions.

Wear and Tear: Albion Extrusions acknowledges that wear and tear is a natural consequence of product usage over time. Therefore, any damage resulting from normal wear and tear is not covered by this guarantee.

Governing Law: This Manufacturing Guarantee shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the product was purchased.
